To properly wash Beston products, you must remove the battery from inside. The inner battery pocket containing the connector cable must be fully closed. It is recommended to hand wash the Beston jacket, and if you wish to machine wash it, you must place it in a laundry bag and at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees.
At Beston, we only recommend using our battery as it has CE certification. We cannot confirm that other batteries, even if they have the same voltage, are suitable for the correct functioning of the heating system.
Simply use the USB cable you use to charge your phone and connect it to the Beston battery.

To turn on your jacket, simply press and hold the Beston button for 2-3 seconds. The jacket will turn on by itself and begin to heat. Choose the level or color you want using the two buttons to your liking.
The reason this might be happening is because a sharper movement than usual has occurred. Disconnect the USB cable from the battery and reconnect it.

You have two buttons: The top button indicates the 3 temperature levels: Blue (low level), White (medium level), and Red (high level). The bottom button indicates the heated zones: Yellow (front zone), Purple (back zone), and Green (both sides).

Your PIN is always associated with your account, meaning your email. Therefore, if you have purchased multiple Scan&Share products, you will have a single PIN and can invite other people to get their own Scan&Share PINs.
Yes, there is no problem. Once you complete the purchase process, we will send you all the information so you can gift the product and the recipient can have their personalized QR code.
Yes, anytime you want. You just need to access your user account and modify whatever you need.
There's no need to include it when editing the QR. You can choose which profile to complete and which information to edit within each profile. For example, you can edit the complete emergency profile and, in your social profile, only connect your Spotify account.
Once you complete the purchase process, we will send you all the necessary information to activate your PIN and edit your QR code information.
Anyone who wants to access the information in your QR code will also need your personal PIN (you will receive it once you have completed the purchase process). In other words, only people to whom you provide the PIN code will be able to access your personal information.
