Express shipping in 24/48 hours for the Peninsula and 48/72 hours for Europe.

Shipping costs by country:

Spain: €3.95. Free shipping for orders over €165.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €19.90. Free shipping for orders over €200.
Balearic Islands: €8.50. Free shipping for orders over €200.
Portugal: €4.95. Free shipping for orders over €165.
Europe: €14.90. Free shipping for orders over €250.
Rest of the world: €19.90. Free shipping for orders over €250.

Exchanges: The first exchange is free.
For returns, the return shipping cost will be €4.50 per returned package if you take it to a post office, or €9.50 if you prefer us to pick it up at your home. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount paid for the product minus the return cost.
Second exchanges or returns after the first exchange (both always within the 30-day period) will have a cost of €5.90.
Our return policy allows you to exchange or return a purchased product within 30 days of receiving it.
The product (including the battery with its original box) must be in its original packaging and with original tags, without any damage or signs of use. If not, the process cannot be continued.
We will ask for the order number (e.g., 10104) and the email/phone number used to make the purchase to start the exchange or return process (the form is the same for both).
Once the return label has been created, you must:
If you have chosen drop-off: take the package to a post office. It is not necessary to print the label; showing it on your mobile phone is sufficient.
If you have chosen home pickup: Correos will come to pick up the package at the address you have indicated.

When we have received the product, we will carry out an inspection and proceed with the exchange or the refund of the amount paid.
The process (for both exchanges and returns) will take between 5-10 days from the delivery of the product.
