Spain: €3.95. Free shipping for orders over €165.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €19.90. Free shipping for orders over €200.
Balearic Islands: €8.5. Free shipping for orders over €200
Portugal: €4.95. Free shipping for orders over €165
Europe: €14.90. Free shipping for orders over €250.
Rest of the world: €19.90. Free shipping for orders over €250.

Exchanges: The first exchange is free.
For returns, the return shipping cost will be €3.90 per product returned, so we will refund the total amount paid for the product minus the return cost.
Second exchanges or returns after the first exchange (both always within the 30-day period) will incur a cost of €5.90.
Our return policy allows you to exchange or return a product purchased within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product (including the battery with its original box) must be in its original packaging and labeled, without any damage or signs of use. Otherwise, the process cannot proceed.
We will request the postcode included in the order and the order number (e.g., 101045) to initiate the exchange or return process (the form is the same for both).
Once the return label has been created, the package must be taken to a drop-off point or a Post Office.
Once we have received the product, we will carry out a review and proceed with the exchange or refund of the amount paid.
The process (for both exchanges and returns) will take between 4-10 days from the collection/delivery of the product.
