Returns and Exchanges
- For returns (not applicable for exchanges), the cost of the return will be 2€, so we will refund the total amount paid minus the cost of the return.

- The product (including the battery with its original box) must be in its original packaging and labeling, without any damage or signs of use.
- We will ask you for the zip code you included in the order and the order number (e.g. 101045).
- You will have the option of arranging a home pick-up or drop-off.
- Once we have received the product, we will carry out a review and proceed with the exchange or refund of the amount paid.

To properly wash Beston products, you must remove the battery from inside. The inner pocket of the battery containing the connector cable must be completely closed. It is recommended to wash the Beston jacket by hand, and if you wish to machine wash it, you should put it in a laundry bag at a temperature of 30 degrees maximum.
